New details have been released regarding the mixed-use residential development at 2201 San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The six-story complex will contain 65 apartments, six of which will be affordable and allow the developer to use the State Density Bonus program. The structure will also include 2,300 square feet for a childcare facility, as well as on-site parking for cars and bicycles. Moreover, the complex is walking distance from Amtrak and BART stations, making this development more transit-oriented.
