Foundation work and demolition of on-site buildings has begun for a three-structure life sciences development at 1699-1701 Old Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development will feature two office towers and a garage, with one building standing at 121 feet and the other standing at 135 feet. Together, these buildings will have over 475,000 square feet of laboratory and office space and over 6,300 square feet of retail space, along with on-site parking for 875 cars.
