Plans have been submitted for a new seven-story, 69-unit building at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2300 Ellsworth Street across from UC Berkeley. The number of homes in the initial application was 127 apartments, but the project has since been downsized. Of the 69 residential units, nine will be affordable.
