Plans have been filed for a four-story, two-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 430 Green Street in San Francisco. A two-bedroom unit will encompass the second floor while a four-bedroom unit will stretch across the third and fourth floors. The building will also include on-site parking, a workshop area, and an open space area for residents.
