The public review period began for a four-story, 11-unit development at 2555 College Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. One of the units will be for very low-income households, which lets the project increase residential capacity through the State Density Bonus program. Along with an outdoor gathering space, the development will have on-site parking for only bicycles, hoping to encourage environmental friendliness.
