A 10-story, 183-unit development has been proposed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3000 Shattuck Avenue site in Berkeley. Of the 183 units, 17 will be affordable, allowing the development to utilize the State Density Bonus program. The complex will also have ~1,100 square feet of commercial space, along with on-site parking, a ground-floor garden, and a roof-level deck.
