The development is a 28-unit luxury condominium complex called The Belvedere, with the price of units ranging from $1.5 million to $4.5 million. Sales will begin in early 2023.

The preliminary project assessment has been published by the City of San Francisco Planning Department for the seven-story residential building at Rockridge Geotechnical’s project site at 1401 Folsom. The complex will contain 72 units of housing and 580 square feet of retail space. On-site bicycle parking and other amenities, such as a roof deck, are also planned to be included.

New renderings have been published for Rockridge Geotechnical’s mixed-use development at the California Theatre in Berkeley. Located at 2113 Kittredge, this adaptive re-use project will create 214 units of housing and a new live theater in a 15-story building located where the current California Theatre is. Moreover, 22 of the homes will be affordable.

Rockridge Geotechnical has been approved to seismically strengthen buildings for the Presidio Trust, which preserves the Presidio as a unique national park site. The buildings that will be retrofitted are historical structures, built in San Francisco between 1862 and 1941.
Plans for Rockridge Geotechnical’s seven-story residential complex at 1752 Shattuck in Berkeley are scheduled to be reviewed today by the Berkeley Design Review Committee. 1752 Shattuck will provide 68 units of housing, 7 of which will be for very low-income households, along with 1,200 square feet of retail space and over 4,000 square feet of on-site parking. The 79-foot development will use the California State Density Bonus program to surpass the City of Berkeley’s building height maximum.

New realistic renderings have been released for Rockridge Geotechnical’s Burlingame office tower development at 777 Airport Boulevard. The images, which were designed by Gensler, show the 12-story office building adjacent to the Bay Trail, as well as the building’s impressive façade.

On Tuesday, November 15, California College of the Arts (CCA) will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony at 1111 Eighth Street to celebrate the launch of construction on its campus unification. CCA is moving to one state-of-the-art campus in San Francisco, aiming for completion by 2024, while also closing its Oakland campus. Rockridge Geotechnical completed investigations and consultations for Double Ground, the main campus unification building, and Founders Hall, an on-site student housing complex.

Rosefield Village, a residential development for which Rockridge Geotechnical completed an investigation and consultation, is having its grand opening on Thursday, September 15! The celebration will take place at 727 Buena Vista Avenue in Alameda, and it is being hosted by the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA).
