Six years after Rockridge Geotechnical’s initial investigation, construction has been completed for the mixed-use development at 2525 Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco. A groundbreaking ceremony took place yesterday for MidPen’s 135-unit Shirley Chisholm Village at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1360 43^rd Avenue site in San Francisco. The homes at the Shirley Chisholm development will be used as housing for educators and other staff who work for the San Francisco Unified School District. Construction is expected to be completed in 2024.
