King Street Properties and Helios Real Estate have received approval from the Burlingame Planning Commission to move forward with its office and R&D project at 1669-1699 Old Bayshore Highway and 810-849 Malcom Road, both of which are Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The project will create a campus containing a seven-story building with surface parking and an eight-story building with a nine-level parking garage. The total office and R&D space across the campus will be 475,800 square feet, with 60% classified as laboratory space and 40% classified as office space.
