Construction is now underway for Rockridge Geotechnical’s eight-story mixed-use development at 988 Harrison Street in San Francisco. The complex plans to generate 90 units of housing, 12 of which will be affordable, and over 6,800 square feet of retail space. Amenities will include on-site parking and a rooftop deck for residents.
