Rockridge Geotechnical worked closely with SVA Architects and design-build partner J.H. Fitzmaurice to build critically needed workforce housing for up to 25% of the Jefferson Union High School District staff. The project is the first of its kind to receive voter-approved funding. The development consists of 122 affordable units and parking on a 3.3-acre site.
